Caucasian in Europe

Now, that it is the end of my volunteering project, I want to tell you Dear reader about my experience.

Let’s start from the beginning

I am Liza Yepremyan coming from little sunny country calls Armenia. I was doing my project in Ranum Efterskole College, where I was assisting in Music classes with helping Music Teachers and students during classes, making Music activities such as Songwriting, Piano and Vocal Lessons and E-Music Projects.

I had very nice time here in Denmark, I made international friends, had interesting cultural trips organized by the school, and with my friends.

A part of traveling, and being closer with people who have different culture, it was very nice opportunity to have professional experience in Music Teaching.

I feel myself stronger than before, because my way to Denmark was full of difficulties. It was very hard to convince my family that I am making right decision by quitting my highly qualified job in Armenia, just for challenging myself here in Denmark.

I fulfil my “cloudy dream”, and I am sure that you can make your dreams come true, too.

Just believe yourself.

My project

Discover Thai Culture with Danish students

As a Caucasian person, who is curious about Asian Culture, I was participating in Asian Culture Classes. This time we were discovering Thai Culture more closely, and our final destination was Thailand, where we tried to practically use our knowledge. We visited two cities the first one was Chantaburi, and the second one was Bangkok.

With Danish students we were trying Thai national dishes, we were having cool excursions to China Town, Royal Palace, Indian street, Korean town, where we were experiencing Thai culture with its all-beautiful colors. After Thailand trip I understood that my new destination for my adventures is going to be somewhere in Asia.

The trip was amazing.

I wish everyone can challenge himself taking this kind of opportunities, a part of helping people can improve himself, make himself even stronger.
